Style Edition: Simple, Fun & Messy Do

7:39 PM

Rain...what rain? Today it rained all day and my style look the same by the end of the day. It's so nice not to worry about the rain anymore! I missed two days of the hair styles challenge, so the 29 Styles, 29 Days, $29 challenge will be a Terez & more victory. I'll still be posting more style this month, so be prepare for that.

Below style was done with four big cornrows going back, I made sure to leave the ends loose (this is where you want your messy look to be). Then I put the end in a very loose ponytail. I use the loose sisterlocks in the front to form a bang by pinning them down with a cute hair pin. Note: My sisterlocks looks extra fizzy due to the fact that it was washed on Sunday.

  1. The big cornrows look really nice with your dark hair. I notice that you really favor bangs. My clips won't hold my locs back anymore. They stick out, rather than lie flatly on my scalp. Where did you get your clip? Could my problem be because my locs are quite a bit larger than yours?

  2. I just use a simple cute hair pin for this style to hold the side in, and I just pat my sisterlocks to put them in place. The only thing I can think of that would help hold your bang is to use hair pins vs bobby pins.
