Result: Flexi Rods on Sisterlocks
7:10 AMI went for the smallest possible size for the Flexi Rods and here are the results.

Even though they are more expensive, I prefer Flexi Rods over the Pipe Clearners because they don't shed and they don't snag my sisterlocks when I'm removing them. So I will be retiring my pipe cleaners as of today. To view the "how to" click here. Note: Flexi Rods are also known as Twist-flex Rods and Flexible Rods.

I share your sentiments, however I find pipecleaner curls stay longer - 3 weeks max without wash, compared to the flexi rods
ReplyDeleteI never had curls last more then a week due to the GYM. I do believe what you say about the pipe cleaners is true. The pipe clearners give me a tighter spiral curls then the flex-rods so it does make sense it would last longer. Thanks for the comment and feedback :).
