What I Wore: Checkmate

Today outfit is really just black and white, and I decided to add my statement clutch to add a bit of class to this outfit. I only wear leather when the temperatures call for it, and for the past couple of days, Florida weather has been truly beautiful.
I also wanted to say that for my peeps up north that will be dealing with the blizzard, please stay safe, and stack up on what you need. As always, thanks for the lovely compliment on my last posts.
If you been following me a while, you know about my decision about not being active on my social media accounts during the weekend. The main reason is that I want that time spent with my daughter, who is growing up so fast. Even though I stuck with that commitment for a while now, I have to admit that I did work on two items last weekend, which broke that commitment. I won't do that again, but I was able to have an update post about my Sisterlocks. The Sisterlocks post is done in a FAQ format, which should hopefully covered questions that my die hard Sisterlocks followers have been wondering.
The other was a tag/informational post. I won't post the tag questions until Wednesday (if weather permitting).

That sweater is soooo tempting. I love the way you styled it with the edgy leather skirt. I admire your dedication to taking a break from social media to spend time with your daughter! Wow, you made a good choice. My husband would be a happy guy if I tried to adapt the no blogging/telephone/social media on weekends policy. Hmm, maybe I can try with a day first :) seriously considering it now *nod, nod* Anyway, sweat looking sweater and hot, hot skirt.
