What I Wore: Maxi Dress with The Denim Vest

9:43 AM

The denim vest is truly a versatile investment, and I wore it many time to dress down my dress or outfit. Below is the second dress I wore in Oia, Santorini. I fell in love with this dress as soon as I saw it on the Macy's clearance rack, and it so happen another fashion diva love it as well, because the same day I wore this, I ran into another woman with the same EXACT dress. How is that even possible? I so wanted to ask her to take a picture, but instead we both complement each other on our dress =).

    1. I'm always surprise if I run into anyone with my taste. My look was different from her though, so we weren't totally alike =). This was truly my first experience, and I instantly thought it was a movie moment lol.

    1. Thanks Diana...I guess practice makes perfect =). I want to try to improve even more by playing with eye shadows. Right now I'm trying to recover from the serious tanning I got from Greece, I do not want to spend any more money on makeup lol.

  11. Kudos to her ... Great minds think alike! The pattern Unique, it also matched the color of the window and door seals! I can tell there was a breeze and the way it's flowing, the scenery ... Yes it does look like a movie moment and Girl as we've become accustom to ... you looking like the Glamorous Actress! Yep you have the arrah of a Star!

Not trying to upset any of the Beautiful bloggers killing it in red bottoms, Chanel and every other Fab designer wear shot by professional photographers ... I salute them! But Sheila I honestly think that with the right agent you could still get gigs as a commercial rep for somebody! I wouldn't recommend it, and of course there's such a narrow window, but I've seen girls make it but it's Hard and requires a ton of promotion. Google Kumiko Ming. She's such a Positive soul and lives in your neck of the woods/swamp! ha ha Met her when I was on Face Book.

12:30 Going to sleep. Catch up on your posts later.

Take Care my Sis! Have a Lovely Day! =D

    1. Being out there and being successful takes a lot of work. If I could find the support, I would combine travel and fashion and just share my experience to my readers.

I didn't realize how much work and effort goes into getting ready and preparing to do anything related to fashion. It is only after heading the route of adding fashion to my blog, have I come to really appreciate the fashion bloggers that takes the time do what they do. It really does take a lot of work. For now I will just enjoy it as part-time hobby and hope people continue to follow me.

By the way, everyone comments keep me going and I really do appreciate it.

    3. I have to agree on the baby picture. I don't know why I felt I was ugly back then...goes to show you that little girls need to be told they are beautiful.
