This is my first mix print outfit, and trust and believe that I have been trying to get on this  band wagon trend for a while now. It just a little hard for me now because I really don't have that much different pattern items. I mostly stayed with stripes, polka, leopard, and now floral. So today was a happy start to the mix pattern trend.

I also wanted to thank you all for birthday love on my last post. It really did mean a lot to me. Since I know people do ready my post, I wanted to share with you guys that I had a male coworker compliment me on my dress code the other day, I was on cloud 9 the whole freaking day LOL.

Leather skirt seem to be perfect for low "even" temperatures, and we got our share this week. Today I decided to pair my faux leather skirt with my plaid shirt, and super comfortable black sandals. I added the sweater to give this outfit a preppy look. By the way, yesterday was my birthday and for the first time ever, it was a quiet one. Still don't know how I feel about that yet. Hopefully next year birthday will have a lot more excitement. Happy hump day everyone, and as always thanks for the lovely comments.

So daylight savings is this weekend, and for some reason I thought the clock was going ahead but that is not the case. For us Floridians, it’s turn back. So I should be perfectly fine with taking pictures in the morning! In fact, I'm dragging my little one back from her break :).

So another lesson was learn today, always bring a backup battery for your remote O_o. The camera battery for my remote went dead and I was left with a couple of bottom shots, but no full shots. Thank goodness I was able to get a kind older woman to take my pictures for me. On some days I guess being the odd-ball taking solo pictures comes in handy lol.

Today outfit was going to be worn last week, but Florida had some real bad weather, and I do not like wearing a dress while it is raining cats and dogs. So I decided to wear this dress today and I'm honestly surprise this dress lasted this long, and that I can still fit it! Today is the first time I decided to wear it for work. I added my trusted and true blazer to make this outfit appropriate enough.

As you grow order, your tolerance and naiveness level goes down. Relationship with friends starts to dwindle down to a selection few, and forming new relationships gets rarer and rarer. To this day, I still wonder if losing that tolerance toward the negatively, and the naiveness that comes with it, is a good thing or a bad thing. <--- I decided from time to time to share my inner most thought, hope you guys don't mind.

If you haven't already guess it, I  love being comfortable with whatever I wear, but I also like to mess with the "chic divaness" as well, and today outfit is definitely chic with a touch of bad as* thrown in. I'm now feeling the floral trend this year, and this sweatshirt was an instant love because of the edginess of it and it had of course had Marilyn Monroe.

Someone once told me "a promise is a comfort to a fool". Little did I know back then, how true that "statement" was and still applies today. As I continued to progress through life, I have come to prefer to receive comfort from people through their own actions vs. though their promises.

Confidence in one's self is the biggest obstacles you have to overcome. I still struggling with that till this day, but some days when I think that obstacles seem to be a whole lot bigger, I do the next big thing, and that is to fake it until I make it (*wink*). I find when I take pictures of myself, people stare more vs. when someone else do it. More and more I miss my little photographer (right now she happy with the break lol)

The weather feels amazing today, and since it is cooler than normal, I decided to wear my lovely scarf that I wore when I visit Las Vegas a year ago. Now it is being pair with my simple maroon tee and leopard belt. I'm a simple girl most days, and today I'm in my comfort zone.

So I had a total different idea for today post, but as I was working out this morning, all the news channel reporter etc. were wearing dresses or pants with some type of fuchsia color on them. So that is how today outfit was inspired. This dress is a very simple cami dress that could be worn so many ways, but for work, I decided to add this blazer to make it appropriate for work. As always THANK YOU for the comments on my last post. I really do read and appreciate all of them.

I was super late to work today. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong! My alarm didn't go off, and when I drop my daughter off to school, I noticed I left my tripod at home. Since I was already late, I decided to take the pictures of today outfit near my home, and it started to rain (like seriously??). So right after I post this, I'm going to get some much needed coffee, and I hope that is enough  to improve my mood a little.

Below outfit was purely me wanting to feature this lace skirt I purchased recently. I went with the pinstripe shirt because I think it makes the black skirt pop. The skull clutch added a nice edginess to this outfit.

Hello everyone, hope you had a great work week. I decide to switch my workout routine to early mornings, because late afternoon weren't cutting it due to homework (if you have a kid, you understand). It has been really hard, but I have been able to get up extra early, every morning, and get about a set of 30 - 40 min workout every 4 to 5 days.

Since I'm super tired today, and my scalp is tender from my retighten session yesterday, I decide to finally wear my big boho looking Fedora hat that I chose to  paired with my mustard top and my chino pants. My black slip-on sneakers completed what I think is a super fun look.

I have super oily skins, and wearing makeup seems to makes it worst. If you happen to be like me, and you just hate how oily your skins gets while wearing makeup, below post will be of interests to you. I have tried a good amount of oil absorbing sheets, and the one that I found that are the best out of the bunch are Clean & Clears Sheets. I just keep coming back to these every time.

They are super absorbing, and they really do keep your makeup intact longer. The packet contains about 50 sheets each, and the feel of these sheets can be best described as slight textured and powdery soft, I just LOVE how soothing there are on the skin.

I usually know when I need to use these sheet when I start feeling the "tingling" sensation, I then proceed to bloat my "T" zone first, and then all over. I use about 2 sheet per day vs. 3-4 when I wasn't taking care of my skin (will share my skin care routine later).

Conclusion: I can stress enough how much I LOVE these sheets. So if you have extremely oily skin, please try these and I promise you won't regret it.

I wore this shirt a  month ago, and I decided then to go the work wear route. Today I decided to showcase the causal look of these top with my army pattern skinny jeans. To bring everything together I went with the brown buckle boots, and brown belt for a fall look. The temp today was in a agreement by being in the late 70's. Today outfit is a maxi skirt that I decided to dress up with a black cardigan. This cardigan is a happy medium to a black blazer I have been eyeing. I added the statement necklace and clutch to give this outfit a little pop. I honestly did not plan on doing this post, and it really was just a tester photo-shoot to try out different setting on my camera, but since these photos came out so well, I decided to release them.

It finally clicked why my pictures were not as crisp as I wanted. As I mention previously, it is getting darker in the morning, and that fact was affecting my pictures. So now I decided to take it much later while heading to work vs. just taking my picture when I step out my door.
