Finally, the long await post about my Grand Turk & my Princess Caribbean cruise experience is here!!!! Sorry for the delay guys, I should have never gone to work on December 29, 2014 because by the time I went home, my body started to ache really bad and I was knocked out for a couple of days. I’m happy to say I'm fine now, and I'm looking forward to enjoying what this year has to offer.

Grand Turk was truly a beautiful island, with crystal clear blue water and white sands. It did rain there from time to time, but the showers went by rather quickly, and didn't damper our fun at all. When you first arrived at the port, you can easily lounge all day at the beach, which is right in front of you as you exit the ship from the port. I choose to explore this island a bit, and play with the Stingray and Fishes.

I have to admit to you guys that I'm not a huge fan of cruising, because of the fact I'm so limited in my exploration of the port destination, and I also get tired of being limited to the boat. Even though I'm not a fan, I do have families and friends that do enjoy it, and that all they can afford to do for vacations.

Our adventure start off from port Everglade, and below are the pictures from the view of the ship as we leave the port. My daughter excitement was truly priceless and I'm so happy that I took her along.

Naxos turns out to be my favorite island out of all of the Cyclades Islands I visited. The vibe there was great and because of the warmth of its people, I will never forgot Naxos. I do have to note that we did get stalked by an older gentlemen in a red pickup truck because of our amazing look (-_^), but that didn't deter me from liking this island and placing it as my top island of my Greek Island Hopping Tour.

The people that makes up Naxos is what I believe make Naxos one of the popular island on the Cyclades. I spent most of my time chatting with the locals, and just having a grand old time. I also had the best food here as well. I took a lot of picture of what I ate over there, and I really want to share my experience about the food in Greece, so if you guys are not bored by my travel post, I'm really would like to share my experience with the food I had in Greece. Santorini was the third island I visited, right after Naxos. If you guys ever plan on visiting Greece, I highly recommend splitting the island hopping between destination that are not to touristy such as Mykonos, Santorini, or Athens. I have already shared my experience with Mykonos here.

My experience at Santorini wasn't as pleasant as Mykonos or Naxos, and that was largely due to the fact that the people there seem to be tired of the tourist. I was a little irritated by the fourth day of dealing with rude ass people. You guys would be very proud of me, because I REALLY held my tongue for the most part (I only snap back once :D). There is only so much yelling and pointing I can take...ugh. Other than the rudeness and the high level of tourist, Santorini was indeed a wonderful place to visit.

The amazing thing about all the towns and villages in Santorini are that they are built on the VERY top of the mountains. Since these villages and town are on the very top of the mountains, the sun tend to be very harsh during the day, and at night tend to be cold due to the winds.

My Greece trip will be released in a series of posts that will combined my love of traveling and my new adventure into fashion. Greece is one of my "many" dream destinations, and planning this took a while and a lot of guts. I was fortunate to have one of my friends join me on this trip, because I was planning on doing this trip solo.

My first stop on my Greece Island Hopping Adventure was Mykonos. I decided to go to Mykonos first and that turned out to be the best decision! By the time I arrived at Athens, I was burn out. So if you are curious about my experience in Athens please come back, because I have a lot of stuff to share about that place that is not commonly shared on the travel blogs etc. In the end, my experience in Mykonos turn out to be really good, and I came to later appreciated it even more because of its people, and how helpful they were compared to Santorini and Athens.

I had an amazing time in Las Vegas even though it was super COLD. As the saying goes, what happens in Vegas...STAYS IN VEGAS ^_^. Below are the tame pictures from my trip lol. I'm just kidding guys, I honestly didn't do anything wild or super crazy on my trip lol.

As soon as I landed in the Las Vegas airport, I was instantly aware of where I was at. The bright advertising sign alone had me pumped and ready to party the night away. There were also slot machines and roulette tables everywhere, even at the baggies claim area!  If you into gambling, you are very much covered here in Las Vegas.

Puerto Rico turned out to be a nice break and the prefect retreat on the budget that I was looking for. I also decided from now on to add on a little bit of history or more in-depth explanation of each picture I take.

Old San Juan

So I bet you wondering why I pick Quebec City vs. Montreal or even Toronto. Well I'm into historic site, and I just love seeing old building that is historic in nature. Since me and my daughter have never seen snow, I thought of killing two birds with one stone by visiting Quebec City.

Quebec City is considering one of the oldest cities in North America and a lot of the old building remains in Old Quebec today. The main language here is French, but we were able to get around since most of the resident spoke English. The temperature there got to the low -16 degree, and trusts me with those temperatures; everything hurts, especially if you are NOT properly dressed. The only thing I would change if I go to a cold climate like that is to invest in face warmers.

My New York trip went extremely well! I was lucky enough to avoid Hurricane Sandy by flying out on Sunday. I also took extra precaution in order not to get sick this time around by take Airborne for me, and immune support vitamins for Shauna. Hand sanitizers & disinfecting wipes wasn't enough on my last trip to Ohio, so beside the extra vitamins, I made us drink orange juice throughout the trip, which is what I think made us not get sick this time around. Prayer goes out to everyone up north that is dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

I honestly thought this trip wasn't going to happen with Tropical Storm Isaac looming around the tropics. Luckily Isaac decided to move a little faster, which made the impact to South Florida rendered down to just down trees and power in a couple of areas.

Even though I was going to Cozumel Mexico, I decided to curl my hair this time around with pipe cleaners in order to have those really tight curls that will continue to loosen during my cruise. Even though I had hope that my curls would last for a couple of days, by the second day of the cruise, the curls dropped (*sad face*).

Each night our church group had a theme event. This was me in my nautical outfit. I learn about the themes at the last minute and I just threw stuff together.


I shot this picture as we were sailing away from the port. Six hours was just not enough time to spend there.

Last weekend I went to the Disney’s World Parks with my daughter and some friends. We decided to do the Florida resident's three day park hoppers. Doing 3 parks in three days was EXHAUSTING to say the least, but we did have lots of fun ^_^. Disney did live up to its name by being the most magical place ever!
